Booking Information
- Calendar opens 1 year in advance? Example: June 2025 opens June 1 2024 at midnight.
- Travel fee based is upon location-relocation fees apply if moving locations mid service.
- All wedding Bookings have a service minimum of Bride + 3 others to book. Destination Bookings have a 6 Service Minimum.
- Individual Bookings under the minimum may inquire 60 days for availability.
- Non Refundable Deposit + Contract Required to book.
- Trials are based out of 12528, A travel fee may be applied if they travel to you. Trials are not required but Suggested!
- Baylee Styles within the following time frames on wedding day: 45 minutes for all styles 45 minutes to 60 minutes for the Bride. 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes of touch ups at the end of styling are also included in the timeline.
- Hair Beauty by Bay is an independent artist with a headcount maximum of 9 if time permits. If there is a need for a second artist that Baylee has to book then there will be an added fee.
